To secure your reservation, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 20-30%. This deposit can be conveniently paid using credit card, Venmo, or Zelle, and it will be credited towards the total cost of your vehicle rental.
In addition, we require a valid credit card to be furnished during the booking process. This card information will be securely stored on file until the rental is concluded, serving as a precautionary measure in the event of cancellations or incidental damages (for details, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your rental contract).
The outstanding balance is to be settled in cash, Venmo or Zelle on the day of service at pickup. If you prefer to make payment via credit card, we kindly request that you complete a signed credit card charge authorization form and submit your payment at least three days in advance of the scheduled service date. Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to the total balance when paying by credit card.
The deposits made are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel within seven days of the scheduled service, a 100% charge of the remaining balance on your reservation will apply.
We recommend a gratuity of 10-20% for all trips, and this amount can be paid directly to the driver on the day of service.
The Party Bus service includes complimentary water and ice, and the majority of them are equipped with an onboard restroom. You have the option to reserve bathroom access, which is available for an additional cost of $200.
Monday through Thursday, a minimum rental period of 4 hours is necessary, while Friday through Sunday requires a minimum of 5 hours. Additionally, we provide point-to-point one-way and round-trip transfer services.
